近日，安利馬赫集團宣布收購Façade Access股份集團，該集團總部位于澳大利亞，在全球擁有600名員工，是建筑維護設備的供應商。Façade Access股份集團旗下有CoxGomyl和Manntech兩個品牌，90%的世界最高12座建筑安裝使用其提供的維護系統(tǒng)。此次收購價值9100萬美元，預計在今年年末完成，被安利馬赫集團首席執(zhí)行官Tormod Gunleiksrud稱為“一次強有力的戰(zhàn)略性匹配”。

　　Alimak Group has announced the acquisition of Façade Access Holdings, a building maintenance unit (BMU) provider headquartered in Australia with 600 employees worldwide. Façade Access owns the CoxGomyl and Manntech brands and has installed systems on 90% of the world’s tallest 12 buildings. The deal, worth US$91 million and described by Alimak CEO Tormod Gunleiksrud as “a strong strategic fit,” is expected to close by the end of this year.
